Our radiator manufacturing factory is renowned for its superior quality & innovative designs within the auto parts industry.
We source high-grade copper and brass sheets, tubes, and solder wire from certified suppliers. Before production begins, all materials undergo SGS-certified chemical composition testing to verify purity, conductivity, and mechanical strength ensuring consistent performance and compliance with international standards.
The manufacturing process starts with forming the heat exchange components. Copper fins are produced using fin-forming machines in zigzag or flat fin designs, depending on the application. Brass tubes are drawn, straightened, and cut to specific lengths which become the thermal backbone of the radiator
Fins and tubes are precisely assembled into cores using jigs and fixtures that maintain uniform spacing and alignment. Tubes are inserted through fin collars for maximum contact. Side supports and headers are attached to maintain core rigidity. The assembled core is then prepared for soldering.
The core assembly is dipped or sprayed with flux, then passed through a temperature-controlled soldering furnace or tank. The solder bonds the copper fins and brass tubes, creating a leak-proof and thermally efficient structure. After cooling, the core is cleaned to remove flux residues and surface impurities.
Once the core is complete, brass or plastic tanks are mounted on both ends. Inlet, outlet, and mounting frames are fitted according to OEM or client specifications. Assemblies are sealed and mechanically reinforced to ensure durability under vibration and thermal stress.
Each radiator undergoes rigorous leak and pressure testing to verify structural integrity and performance under operating conditions. After successful testing, the radiator is painted or powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Final visual and dimensional inspections ensure it meets PEI’s quality standards and client specifications before dispatch.
